AI for Estate Agents and Property Professionals
Write accurate listings, client updates and market summaries with AI while staying fair and truthful
A taste of a lesson
AI wrote 'perfect for young families, in a safe area near great schools'. Is that okay to post?
I'd rewrite it. 'Perfect for young families' describes the buyer, not the property, and in many places that kind of phrasing can breach fair housing or equality rules. 'Safe area' is subjective and hard to back up, and 'great schools' is a claim you'd need to support. Try facts instead: 'Three bedroom house with a 15 metre garden, 400 metres from Oak Lane Primary School.' What verified facts do you have about this property's location?
Written by the teacher as an example. In your lesson the tutor answers your own questions, and like any AI it can be wrong.
