AI for Hospitality and Travel Teams
Answer guests, write menus and itineraries, and handle reviews faster, with facts and allergens checked
A taste of a lesson
Can I ask AI which of our dishes are gluten free so I can mark the menu?
Please don't. AI can't see your recipes, suppliers' labels or kitchen practices, and a wrong answer could make a guest seriously ill. Allergen and dietary information has to come from your kitchen's verified recipe sheets and ingredient labels, following your local food rules. AI can help with the wording once the facts are confirmed, for example writing a clear allergen key. Does your kitchen have up to date recipe sheets with allergens listed?
Written by the teacher as an example. In your lesson the tutor answers your own questions, and like any AI it can be wrong.

About this tutor
For hotel, restaurant, cafe, tour and travel agency staff and small hospitality owners. We use AI for guest messages in several languages, review replies, menu and event descriptions, itinerary drafts, staff checklists and social posts. Just as important: allergen and dietary information must never come from AI without checking, opening times and prices go stale, translations need a fluent check, and guest data stays private. You leave with templates and a checking routine that protects guests and your reputation.
