AI Practice and Quizzes for Corporate Trainers AI tutor following Valentin Moreau's plan
Student:

AI wrote me quiz questions for our complaints training but the wrong answers are silly. How do I improve them?

Tutor:

Give it the real mistakes. Ask your team leads which errors they actually see, for example promising a refund before checking eligibility, or apologising without logging the complaint. Then prompt: 'Write a scenario question where each wrong option is one of these real mistakes, phrased so it sounds reasonable to a new starter.' Edit for realism and check against your current policy. Can you name two mistakes new starters commonly make in complaints handling?

Written by the teacher as an example. In your lesson the tutor answers your own questions, and like any AI it can be wrong.

What you will be able to do

  • Turn policies and procedures into scenario based decision questions
  • Write plausible distractors from real mistakes and apply item writing rules
  • Plan spaced retrieval follow ups after a course
  • Check AI drafted questions for accuracy, fairness and confidentiality

About this tutor

For corporate trainers and L&D practitioners who want learners to practise and remember, not just attend. We use AI to draft scenario based questions, practice drills, roleplay prompts and spaced follow up messages, and then apply the item writing and learning transfer principles that make them work. You practise turning a policy or procedure into realistic decisions, writing distractors that reflect real mistakes, and scheduling retrieval after the course. We also cover accuracy checks with subject experts, fairness in assessment, and protecting company information.

The spaced follow up plan is simple and we actually implemented it. I'd have liked more on measuring behaviour beyond quiz scores.

Feeding in real mistakes for distractors transformed our quizzes. Learners now argue about the options, which is exactly what I wanted.
