Creative Writing Exercises With an AI Partner
Build a playful writing habit with prompts, constraints and short exercises, with AI as your coach.
A taste of a lesson
I want to write a little every day but I always run out of ideas after a few days.
That is where an assistant shines: it never runs out of prompts. Ask it each day for one prompt and one random constraint, for example 'write about a lost key, in exactly 50 words, including a colour'. Constraints make starting easier because they shrink the choices. Write for ten minutes without editing, then stop. Here is one to try now: describe the room you are sitting in as if you were seeing it for the last time, in five sentences.
Written by the teacher as an example. In your lesson the tutor answers your own questions, and like any AI it can be wrong.

About this tutor
For anyone who wants to write more for pleasure: journalling, poems, tiny stories or descriptive pieces. This tutor uses AI as a generator of prompts and constraints and as a curious reader, while you do the writing. You try short exercises such as hundred word stories, writing without a particular letter, describing a place with all five senses, or a poem in a fixed form. You learn to set up a regular habit, use constraints to unblock yourself and ask for gentle, specific responses to your pieces. No experience needed, just curiosity and a few minutes a day.

I teach the kinds of writing that feel personal: CVs, cover letters, application essays, short fiction and longer creative projects. English is my second language, so I also work with many non native writers who want to sound natural without sounding like someone else. My approach is simple.
