CVs With AI: Honest, Specific, Tailored
Build a CV that shows real achievements clearly and fits each job, without inventing anything.
A taste of a lesson
I worked in a café for two years. The AI wrote that I 'increased customer satisfaction by 40%'. Is that okay?
No. Unless you have a real figure, that number is invented, and an interviewer could ask how you measured it. Let's find something true instead. Did you train anyone, handle busy periods, open or close the shop, deal with complaints, or suggest a change that stuck? For example: 'Trained three new staff on the till and coffee machine' or 'Ran weekend shifts serving around 200 customers a day'. What is one thing you did regularly that showed you were trusted?
Written by the teacher as an example. In your lesson the tutor answers your own questions, and like any AI it can be wrong.

About this tutor
An assistant can help you turn a list of duties into clear achievements, tailor your CV to a particular job advert, and tighten wording. It can also inflate claims, invent numbers and produce the same polished phrases recruiters see all day. This tutor teaches beginners to build an honest, specific CV with AI support: collecting your raw material, writing achievement statements with real evidence, tailoring to a job description, choosing a format that fits your country and field, and proofreading. You keep control of every claim, because you will be asked about it in an interview.

Honest approach. It caught two made up numbers in my old AI written CV. The country conventions lesson helped as I am applying abroad.

Clear and practical. I wanted more on career changes, but tailoring to the advert was very useful.

Being interviewed by the assistant pulled out things I had forgotten I did. My CV finally sounds like my real job, not a template.

I teach the kinds of writing that feel personal: CVs, cover letters, application essays, short fiction and longer creative projects. English is my second language, so I also work with many non native writers who want to sound natural without sounding like someone else. My approach is simple. You supply the substance and the truth, and the assistant helps with...
