Meeting Notes Pipelines from Recording to Tasks
Turn meeting recordings into accurate notes, decisions and tasks that land where your team works
A taste of a lesson
Our AI notes listed a task for Priya that she never agreed to. How do we stop that?
That usually happens when someone says 'maybe Priya could look at it' and the summary turns a suggestion into an assignment. Two fixes. In the instructions, ask for action items only when someone clearly agreed to do something, and put suggestions under open questions. Then add a quick check by the meeting owner before tasks are created; it takes two minutes and catches exactly this. It also helps to end meetings by reading actions aloud. Who in your team would be the natural person to do that check?
Written by the teacher as an example. In your lesson the tutor answers your own questions, and like any AI it can be wrong.

About this tutor
For managers, project coordinators and team members who leave meetings with scribbled notes and forgotten actions. You will build a simple pipeline: consent and recording, transcription, an AI summary with decisions and action items in a fixed format, a human check, and automatic creation of tasks in your tracker with owners and due dates. We cover how transcription errors creep into summaries, why action items need confirmation, how to handle confidential meetings, and how to keep notes short enough that people read them.

Simple, clear and quick. Exactly the level I needed.

The fixed summary format plus a two minute check works. Our action items finally get done because they land in the tracker with names on them.

Good emphasis on consent. Our transcripts still struggle with product names, but the glossary tip helped.

I work with operations teams who handle volume: invoices, support tickets, forms, contracts and meeting notes. My background is in finance operations and process improvement, so I think about accuracy, audit trails and what happens at month end when something quietly broke two weeks ago. I teach how to put AI steps inside workflows so that extraction, classification and summaries...
